Our staff understands that broken equipment costs you time and money, so we make every effort to provide same-day service. A technician will evaluate your PC or printer problem within eight hours of your request. If it's not possible to correct the problem that day, we offer options. Our printer service center provides available loaner equipment for your use while your printer is being repaired. With a broad range of available, quality equipment to choose from, our loaner printer will either be comparable to your equipment or exceed your needs. We also have additional resources to get needed parts quickly, if your preference is to arrange for overnight shipping. What's more, you can even reach us after hours. At 1st Choice, we want your equipment working as long as possible. That's why we offer our customers Maintenance Service Contracts – customized to suit our client's needs. We have a standard contract, with several options available. Our Service Contracts are offered on all computers, printers, monitors, scanners, terminals and networking equipment regardless of make. To maintain quality production and avoid costly repairs, you need preventive maintenance at regular intervals. Our Service Contract includes Bi-Annual Preventive Maintenance on all covered equipment to keep your business at maximum efficiency. When cared for, your equipment will last a long time.
